5. Intellectual Property

7. Revisions

Projects include only the number of revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

8. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability
